In 2019, KMSK was awarded a multi-million construction project for all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (ME&I) construction work under Petrofac’s scope in Majnoon oil field. Majnoon is located 60 km north of Basra, in southern Iraq, Majnoon is one of the richest oil fields in the world with an estimated 38 billion barrels of oil in place with potential to produce 1.8 million barrels per day.
