Fao Pumping Station
Currently were are in the first stages of starting a mega project (Main Gas Turbine Pumps FAO Depot) with Siirtec Nigi, RuhrPumpen, SCOP and SOC. The scope of work of this project includes the following:

Main Oil Pump suction line from booster pump discharge tie-in point to individual pump suction flange comprising of tie-in isolation valve, individual pump suction MOVs, individual pump suction strainers and associated piping and instruments;

Main oil pump discharge line from individual pump discharge to Main pump discharge tie-in flange, comprising of individual pump isolation MOVs, individual pump check valves, common discharge pressure control valves with duty / standby configuration, HIPPS systems, tie-in isolation valve and associated piping and instruments.

Main oil pump bypass piping of each train from suction header to discharge tie-in flange, comprising of HIPPS valve and associated piping and instruments.

Main oil pump recycle line for each stream from individual pump recycle to recycle header tie-in flange comprising of individual recycle valve, surge relief valve and associated piping and instruments.

Fuel gas conditioning package comprising of knock out drum, filter coalescer, metering, gas supply heater, pressure reduction valve and associated piping;

Instrument air compressor package supplying instrument air requirements to turbines. The IA package is comprised of instrument air compressor, dryer package, dryer pre-filter and after-filters, Dry air receiver, final filter and associated piping;

Oil drain collection system to collect the oil drained during maintenance comprising of slop tank, slop tank transfer pump and associated piping and instruments;

Corrosion inhibitor skid comprising of storage tank, injection pump, and associated piping and instruments;

Fuel gas vent collection header to collect the vent gas comprising of cold vent and associated piping;

3 days diesel storage tank and associated piping to supply diesel to emergency generator

All other auxiliary systems related to this facility.
